During the November 2022 Town Meeting, President Marty Schmidt ’81, Ph.D., outlined a process to develop the university’s next strategic plan, Rensselaer Forward. The plan, which will guide Rensselaer for 10 years following the bicentennial in 2024, will address foundational issues across all portfolios — operational excellence and capital renewal — and have significant impact on the future of Rensselaer as one university.
